Gizoon 6-Drawer Dresser

Dear Valued Customer,

In collaboration with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Gizoon is voluntarily recalling all 6-Drawer Dressers sold between May 21, 2025, and August 2, 2026. Our purchase records indicate that you have acquired one of the affected units.

This recall is being issued due to a potential tip-over hazard if the dresser is not securely anchored to a wall. This situation could pose a serious risk of severe injury or fatality to children. While no incidents or injuries have been reported to date, we urge you to take immediate action to prevent any potential accidents.

What will Gizoon do?

For future production:

All future production of this model will incorporate enhanced safety design requirements and undergo corresponding verification before entering the market.

What we need you to do?

1. Immediate Actions to Take

For your safety, please discontinue use of the dresser immediately. To prevent tip-over hazards, you must securely anchor it to a wall using appropriate hardware. If you choose not to anchor it, please dispose of the unit in accordance with your local recycling or waste disposal regulations.

2. How to Request a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund, even if you have already disposed of the dresser. To submit your request, please email us at office@gizoon.com and provide the following:

Your order number.

A clear screenshot or photo of your sales receipt or order confirmation.

If you are unable to provide the order details, please submit alternative proof that demonstrates (a) the product matches the recalled model and (b) it was sourced from Gizoon. We will process your refund promptly upon verification of the submitted documents.

If you are not the owner of the dresser, please share this important information with the owner.
